As seen on TV, Henry Cheng is a 5th Generation Tai Chi Master who be teaching Tai Chi in the Chuang Garden of the San Diego Chinese Historical Museum in downtown San Diego.Originating in ancient China, Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body. Enjoy a tranquil weekly Tai Chi session located in our private garden filled with Chinese plants, koi fish, and ancient stone sculptures.
