San Francisco-based Pat Tseng was born in Macau and has been designing jewelry since the 1970s. After immigrating to the U.S., she earned a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Illinois. Pat has gained a significant reputation for her unique style of adornment design, which incorporates the Eastern and Western cultures of her upbringing. The pieces combine traditional aesthetics with the artist’s contemporary style to produce unique creations. Pat is renowned for transforming antique objects and small artifacts into modern-day adornments. While specializing in jade, she also uses other materials such as amber, amethyst, coral and silver.
